BioCleanse Titan Xtreme is a heavy-duty exterior cleaning concentrate designed to remove moss, mould, mildew, algae, lichen, and organic grime from outdoor hard surfaces.

Its concentrated quat-based formula is suitable for roofs, concrete, driveways, paving, brickwork, patios, fences, retaining walls, and other compatible exterior surfaces.

Dilution Guide

• Heavy growth: 1 part product to 4 parts water
• General cleaning: 1:6
• Maintenance cleaning: 1:10

Apply evenly with a low-pressure sprayer, brush, or watering can. Allow sufficient dwell time and rinse where required.

Important: Do not use on aluminium, galvanised steel, marble, limestone, polished metals, vehicle paint, solar panels, or delicate surfaces. Test on a hidden area first. Wear gloves and eye protection. Keep away from children, pets, plants, waterways, and stormwater drains. Do not mix with bleach, acids, ammonia, or other cleaning chemicals.
