How to Use

Dilute before use according to the level of buildup:

Heavy moss, mould, algae or lichen:
Dilute 1 part Titan Xtreme with 4 parts water.

General exterior cleaning:
Dilute 1 part Titan Xtreme with 6 parts water.

Light maintenance cleaning:
Dilute 1 part Titan Xtreme with 10 parts water.

Apply evenly to a dry or slightly damp surface using a low-pressure garden sprayer, pressure sprayer, watering can or brush applicator. Allow extended dwell time for best results.

For many exterior surfaces, Titan Xtreme can be sprayed on and left to work with weathering over time. For heavy buildup, slippery areas, surfaces near foot traffic, or where residue is not desired, rinse thoroughly with water or pressure wash after suitable dwell time.

Apply in cool, dry conditions. Avoid application during rain, in direct hot sun, or when rain is expected within 6 hours.

For severe growth, repeat application after a few days if required.

Suitable For

Roofs, concrete, pavers, driveways, paths, decks, fences, exterior walls, brickwork, blockwork, outdoor tiles, patios, outdoor steps and other hard exterior surfaces.

Not Suitable For

Do not use on aluminium, bare metal, galvanised metal, polished metals, marble, limestone, soft stone, delicate painted surfaces, vehicle paint, glass coatings, solar panels, aquariums, ponds, or surfaces in direct contact with waterways.

Always test on a small hidden area before full application.

Rinse accidental overspray immediately with plenty of water. Do not mix with bleach, acids, vinegar, peroxide, ammonia or other cleaning products. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep children, pets and unprotected persons away from treated areas until the surface is fully dry or rinsed where required.
